After a violent shipwreck, billionaire playboy Oliver Queen was missing and presumed dead for five years before being discovered alive on a remote island in the Pacific. When he returns home to Starling City, his devoted mother Moira, much-beloved sister Thea, and best friend Tommy welcome him home, but they sense Oliver has been changed by his ordeal on the island. While Oliver hides the truth about the man he's become, he desperately wants to make amends for the actions he took as the boy he was. Most particularly, he seeks reconciliation with his former girlfriend, Laurel Lance. As Oliver reconnects with those closest to him, he secretly creates the persona of Arrow - a vigilante – to right the wrongs of his family, fight the ills of society, and restore Starling City to its former glory. By day, Oliver plays the role of a wealthy, carefree and careless philanderer he used to be - flanked by his devoted chauffeur/bodyguard, John Diggle - while carefully concealing the secret identity he turns to under cover of darkness. However, Laurel's father, Detective Quentin Lance, is determined to arrest the vigilante operating in his city. 有著億萬身價的花花公子Oliver Queen失蹤於一場沉船意外中，在被宣告假定死亡的五年後，被發現生還在太平洋的一座偏遠小島上。

與他有著深厚感情的母親Moira、心愛的妹妹Thea還有摯友Tommy都迎接他回到Starling City，但他們都察覺Oliver在那小島上的痛苦經歷使他變得不一樣了。

Oliver將另一個真實的自己隱藏著，他努力的想彌補自己過去的不好行徑。尤其是，尋求前女友Laurel Lance的原諒。

在Oliver試著重新修復這些與他關係親近的人的同時，他創造一個秘密身份Arrow，一個正義的化身，修補Queen家族曾犯下的錯，與潛藏在社會的邪惡戰鬥，以及重啟Starling City的昔日輝煌。

白天，他仍舊是個玩世不恭、無憂無慮的花花公子哥，而身旁有個忠心的司機兼保鑣John Diggle，為他掩護夜裡的秘密身分。

儘管如此，Laurel的父親，Quentin Lance警探還是決心要將Arrow繩之以法。

與此同時，Oliver的媽媽Moira，知道更多關於那場死亡沉船事件，而且..Moira超乎他想像的無情。

但我壓根不知道那本漫畫內容是什麼~

應該是因為CW的劇吧！CW的收視都比較不好，但就是比較合東方人的味道(?)

也許他們應該考慮把電視臺搬到亞洲來~♫
